Who we are

Data First ("we", "us") operates the audience data platform at datafirst.reinaldofigueroa.com. Customers use the platform to build, preview, purchase, and deliver marketing contact lists. Questions about this policy: rayfigs@gmail.com.

Information we collect from you

• Account data: name, email address, and password credentials when you sign up.
• Usage data: audience builds, previews, purchases, exports, and delivery activity tied to your account.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers; we keep transaction records (amount, date, last-4, status).
• Analytics: we use website analytics and advertising pixels (including the Meta pixel) to understand site usage and measure campaigns. Where required, these load subject to your consent choices.

The audience data we sell

Contact records available through the platform are licensed from established third-party data providers. They are business and consumer marketing records (such as name, company, job title, business contact details, and demographic or interest attributes). We label measured versus estimated attributes, run hygiene and suppression processing, and honor removal requests. If you want your information removed from data we distribute, email rayfigs@gmail.com and we will suppress your record from future exports and deliveries.

Integrations you connect

You can connect third-party platforms (for example Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, or your CRM) to deliver lists you have purchased into your own accounts. When you connect a platform we store the authorization credentials needed to act on your behalf, encrypted at rest, and use them only to perform the deliveries you request. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which removes the stored credentials.

Google user data

If you connect Google Ads, we access your Google Ads account only to create Customer Match user lists and upload the list members you choose, and to read back upload status. We do not read your campaigns, billing, or reporting beyond the uploads we perform. Data First's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising unrelated to the delivery you requested, and never allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.

How we share information

• With service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, payments, email delivery, voice assistant infrastructure).
• With platforms you explicitly connect, to perform the deliveries you request.
• When required by law or to protect the platform and its users.
• We do not sell your account data.

Retention and security

Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. Connected-platform credentials are deleted when you disconnect. Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit; sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.

Your choices

• Export or delete your account data by emailing us.
• Disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard.
• Request suppression of your contact record from distributed data.

We will post updates to this page and change the date above. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
